Are surburban white girls using the Girl Scouts as a vehicle to get out of their homes, stray into black communities or sections of their communities where blacks live for the purpose of being rape lure entrapments?
“These girls are sinister & cunning,” reports one UPM Network I-Reporter. “Under the guise of selling Girl Scout cookies, these treacherous girls leave their homes in short skirts & without underwear & seek out areas where they know they’ll find black males. They’re believed to be inspired by Marcia & , even more disturbing, encouraged by their parents.”
